One thing that might help is making dinner at lunch time (while making lunch) and putting it in the fridge for later--your salads would be especially easy to have prepared ahead of time.<br /><br />I wrote out menus plans for myself that include breakfast and lunch. I made one for each season that includes things that are ripe in my garden at that time. (You have lettuce right now, but it's 120 here and my lettuce bolted months ago, so lettuce is in my spring and fall menus. <br /><br />We stopped having cold cereal a few years ago. My children are fuller with a cooked breakfast, and it enabled me to cut out a morning snack (which means I no longer have to stand in the kitchen all day).<br /><br />Your meals sound delicious!
